The Museum

Friends of Historic Rochester is a Not-For-Profit Organization founded in 1987 to promote appreciation and preservation of the historic heritage of the Town of Rochester.

The Museum is a repository for our collection of local history materials including documents, books, oral histories, genealogical materials and much more.

The Museum is named in memory of Percy W. Gazlay and Eleanor S. Rosakranse, two of the leading lights in the organization of FRIENDS and the establishment of the Museum.
